1.1 When will my order be delivered?
If you want your order to be delivered in The Netherlands the next day order before 17:00. Delivery time for international order vary from 2 - 10 days.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Bruut, and thus cannot be refunded.

You can easily exchange your product within 14 days after delivery. You can create a return by creating a Bruut account here with the e-mail address from your purchase. Then go to your account and submit a return.

1.4 I never received my package?
Through your Track & Trace number you can see where your package is in real time. If you have not received an email with your Track & Trace number or if the number is incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to see where the package is located.

1.6 Can I exchange my order from the online shop in the store?

You can return your order from the online shop in the store. Keep in mind that you will not receive money directly, but instead it'll be paid by bank transfer. You can also exchange your online order at the store. 

1.7 Can I pick up my order from the online shop in the store?

Yes, you can indicate during the buying process that you will pick up the package in the store. The order must be picked up within two weeks of purchase.

1.8 I have received the wrong product?
Of course you can return the product. The postage will be reimbursed by Bruut. You can create return via "my account". Pay attention though that you have to make sure that you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to return the product.
1.9 The product does not fit?

You can create a return via "my account" and  indicate which size you want as a replacement. Pay attention! Make sure that you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you want to replace the merchandise.

Please note that the shipping costs are to be shouldered by the account owner and not reimbursed by us.
1.10 The quality of the product is not satisfactory / product does not meet expectations?
You can create a return via "my account". Please note that the shipping costs will not be compensated. 
1.11 I have given the wrong delivery address?

Always check your information at checkout. If something went wrong please get in touch with us by mail or telephone right away. Once you've had a shipment confirmation we can not change it anymore and we still have to wait until the package is back with us.

1.12 How long until you deliver?
Basically for daily orders done before 17:00h on a workday, delivery is next day. All orders are dependent on PostNL. Orders placed between Friday to Sunday from 17h Monday are delivered Tuesdays.

1.14 What are the delivery costs?
With Bruut, you can choose how and where you want the package to be delivered but the cost depends on your choice. All orders over €100 are eligible for free shipping in The Netherlands.
1.15 I have not received a confirmation email?

It is possible that our email will be filtered as spam, so check your spam folder for confirmation. If it’s not there, you can always contact us.
